Special Loan Program

The long winter has finally come to an end and spring is in the air!

So why not spring into a new home & enjoy all the season has to offer?

It really is easier than you think .

Here's a few tips to make purchasing your new home possible:

Who You Work With Matters.

If you’re thinking it’s finally time to buy a home, the people you team up with really make a difference—especially with how competitive the market is right now. I’m a mortgage broker, and I’ve got connections with lots of lenders, which means I can offer you way more home loan options than just hitting up your bank. Plus, my fees are way lower than those big online mortgage lenders. If you’re planning to buy this spring, I’d be thrilled to help you out!

Use your tax return wisely.

Some mortgage loans require a down payment. Your tax return might be the perfect boost to ensure you have enough for a down payment. Sure, spending the money on a family vacation or romantic getaway to Hawaii would be great, but why not invest in a place to make memories for years to come?

If you choose a mortgage option that does not require a down payment, your tax return might still come in handy. If you are a first-time homebuyer, you might need to purchase essential household items, like a lawnmower. Consider using your return on other associated expenses, like home insurance or a home inspection.

Make sure to get pre-approved.

Before you find your dream home, make sure to get pre-approved.  That way you can present the seller with your pre-approval letter, showing them that not only are you serious about buying their house, but you've already been pre-approved for financing. It could make the difference between getting the house you want or watching some other bidder step in with a pre-approved loan and snatch that house away.
